Supersonic flame spraying technology (HVOF) is a technology that uses fuel
(hydrogen, propane, propylene, or aviation kerosene, etc.) and high-pressure
oxygen to mix and burn vigorously in a combustion chamber, generating a stable
high-pressure high-speed flame flow. When it passes through a specially designed
Laval nozzle, it accelerates into a supersonic flame flow. It heats and
accelerates the powder particles fed into the flame flow, causing the particles
to collide with the surface of the workpiece substrate at high speed in a molten
or semi molten state to form a coating. By selecting the best spraying materials
and adopting optimized spraying processes, Cr3C2 series metal ceramic coatings
with high temperature oxidation resistance, high temperature wear resistance,
and corrosion resistance can be prepared for furnace rollers; Provide
wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant WC based metal ceramic coating for the
